I really wanted to decorate for Valentine's Day,
but didn't want to spend a lot of money.
I went to Target, hit up the dollar bins, and bought everything I needed to decorate for
Valentine's Day for only $5.
Holla at yo' homegirl.
Remember this DIY coffee filter wreath?
I made it in this post and gave you a full tutorial on how to make one for your home.
And remember my mantle?
I should you this whimsy cutie on Monday.
Now it's on to the new stuff.
Warning: HEART OVERLOAD AHEAD!
Here I cut 6 coordinating hearts all the same size
and with the help of some double-stick tape,
stuck them to a window frame.
Here I cut out another heart and hot glued it onto a retro tennis racket that I spray painted silver.
If your a tennis fan like me, you'll find humor in the LOVE.
Or maybe I'm the only one who gets it and that's ok, too.
I have the racket hanging in my "mud room."
I even decorated our dart board.
Deep down inside, I know my husband hates loves it.
And you know I ALWAYS need to update my chalkboards for each new season or holiday.
Every day when I walk into my house, I'm greeted by this phrase on my easy canvas chalkboard:
My big-poppa chalkboard is currently sporting this fun little tune:
Hope you enjoyed this glimpse inside my house!
